Dr. Chardon, or Dr. C as we like to call her, makes it her primary goal to ensure every patient is comfortable and at ease while visiting our office. She spends extra time with every child, learning about their oral health needs and getting them excited about their growing smile! Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she graduated with honors from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra, where she obtained her first dental degree. Dr. C then moved to New York City where she continued her dental education at New York University. While in school, she volunteered at a foster care agency that would ultimately inspire her to specialize in pediatric dentistry.
After graduating from NYU, Dr. C completed her General Practice Residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where she also earned her Pediatric Dentistry Certification. She spent an additional year there as Chief Resident to work closely with underserved children and adults with special needs. After completing her residency, she moved to the sunshine state to be closer to family and for warmer weather.
In her spare time, you can find Dr. C spending time with her niece and nephew, reading novels, exploring Florida, and visiting her hometown in the Dominican Republic.
